Phil Fountain
Phil Fountain is president of Fountain Leadership Coaching, LLC is an experienced executive coach, leadership and OD consultant, and master facilitator with over 30 years of experience. He has guided dozens of leaders and teams to navigate change and find their true north, advising on development strategies and actions to enhance leadership and team capabilities and drive organizational performance improvement.

He has led strategic planning initiatives, built leadership acceleration programs, coached leaders, and teams to build critical relationships, work across cultures, increase employee engagement, handle conflict, grow political savvy, build an effective communication style, enhance executive presence, lead across cultures, lead remote teams, lead in virtual work, develop stronger emotional intelligence and develop a broader perspective on issues of racial injustice in America.
In the 2000s, Phil was SVP and Executive Development executive at Citigroup. He was asked by Citi’s CEO to create and launch a global team to create and execute the firm’s largest high potential leadership accelerator program, focused on the top 100 leaders around the world. Bill created and led Citi’s first-ever global senior executive coaching practice, with over 70 external and internal senior coaches. Phil was also a principal program leader for Citi’s executive leadership development programs for Citi’s top100 leaders. He also acted as a senior executive coach to C-suite executives.
Prior to Citigroup, Bill was a key human resources leader, holding executive roles at Kraft Foods, and American Express coaching where he led large, global HR teams and advised company presidents, business unit heads, CFOs, CIOs, Sales leaders, Operations leaders and other top executives and their teams. Phil is a West Point graduate and holds a BS degree in Engineering.
He also obtained his MA in U.S. National Interests and Asymmetrical Threats from the U.S. Army War College. Concurrent with his corporate career, Phil served as a senior military leader and pilot. He successfully led large, dispersed operational units, flew over 5,000 hours, and holds a commercial pilot/multi-engine/land, sea/ jet rating. He is an Executive Board member of Healing the Children and The West Point Society of Philadelphia
Gale Alexander
Gale Alexander is the Director of Operations and Client Relations at Fountain Leadership Coaching, LLC. She brings a wealth of expertise and experience to this position. She possesses strong project management and organizational skills, combined with a passion for quality, excellent customer service, and attention to detail.
Gale manages the daily operations of the company and is responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects. She is results-oriented and is very efficient at seamlessly coordinating our global team.
She effectively and efficiently manages clients’ needs and expectations, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. She builds credibility, establishes rapport, and maintains communication with teams and clients at multiple levels.
Gale holds a BA, with Distinction, in Organizational Management from Eastern University, PA. She is highly motivated with solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills. She is an excellent team player, and possesses excellent presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
